Mimi’s passion for the real estate industry and relationship building with her clients has been the driving force behind her success as a real estate professional. Mimi was first introduced to the real estate development industry when she joined Concord Pacific Group Inc. in the late 1990’s. In pursuit of her career and personal development, Mimi returned to the University of British Columbia and obtained a master degree from the School of Architecture in 2008. She has an in-depth knowledge of the Greater Vancouver housing market and specializes in the Vancouver downtown and waterfront neighbourhoods. “Dedicated, professional, and efficient” are how her clients describe Mimi. She takes pride in offering her clients the best service possible for optimal results by understanding their needs and working diligently for them. She has built and maintained long-term relationships with many of her clients. Mimi’s passion for the real estate industry extends into the commercial properties. She joined the Rennie family in 2007 as sales associate. She later took a one-year sabbatical in May 2010 to assume the role of sales manager for a strata-titled shopping mall and office development marketed by Colliers International. She reunited with the Rennie family in May 2011 and is engaged in new residential developments as well as the resale market. In addition to her strength in marketing and sales, Mimi is exceptionally pleasant to work with and is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
