After living in Edmonton for 2 years, followed by 5 years in San Francisco, he returned to his beloved hometown of Vancouver where he successfully transitioned into selling and buying real estate, and providing winning experiences for his clients.

Phil was born and raised in East Vancouver. His parents immigrated from China to Canada in the mid 50's, and with a tireless work ethic, and a caring approach towards family and customers (in their family business), it provided traits that Phil lives by to this day.
Phil's background in includes 9 years with Westin Hotels, 2 years as Marketing Manager at Oakridge Shopping Centre, and 19 years with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in various progressive positions. He held the role of Director of Sales & Marketing at The Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in Edmonton, AB, followed by The Fairmont San Francisco, and finally at The Fairmont Hotel Vancouver during his last 10 years in the luxury hospitality industry. His experience in sales & marketing, keeness to serve, and his business acumen, has resulted in winning experiences for his clients in selling and buying homes in Vancouver.
Phil's interests include following and playing various sports -- "a healthy body augments a healthy mind". This year's highlights included cycling 280 kms over 2 days from Vancouver to Seattle, WA, and raising over $8,000 in the fundraiser event 'Ride to Conquer Cancer'.
