I had the pleasure of working with Phil Chang, Sales Associate from Rennie & Associates Realty there in Vancouver, B.C. I have known Phil for over 20 years working with him in the hospitality business in both Canada and the U.S. This was my first real estate experience with Phil and I must admit, I have never worked with anyone as efficient and organized as Phil was on this project. He sold my condo unit at 1485 W. 6th Avenue within 9 days of listing the property (October 14, 2010), at almost asking price in a somewhat down market. Phil put together a "Sales Sheet" with pictures of the building and unit which was attractive and totally showed the prospective buyer exactly what they would be buying. An excellent piece, well photographed and explicit about the unit and its contents.

I am now going to purchase another condo in Vancouver and Phil has already found the Unit I want to purchase, we have an offer in place and it should close by the end of this year. Phil took me to many places to view, knew exactly what my taste and desires in the new unit had to be and found an exact place to my taste and liking. I am excited to move into my new place in the new year.

You will find no better, Phil is an excellent real estate broker and knows the business. So detailed, on time for everything, exact in his contract information, fair in dealing with both the seller and buyer and seemed like Phil was available 24 hours a day. He was always there when I called him any time of day. I recommend Phil to anyone, he is the best I have ever dealt with and I have bought and sold many places in Canada and the U.S.A.
