When I decided to start looking for my first home, two close friends of mine both strongly urged that I use the real estate agent they had used, Reggie Tanzola. When I first met Reggie I was honestly very over whelmed. But with his friendly yet business like demeanour he was able to alleviate my concerns and answer my questions no matter how trivial they were. Once we had narrowed down what type of home I was looking for and in which area we began the process of house hunting. After the first day of looking I thought I had found the place I wanted to buy and Reggie could have easily pushed the sale through. Instead, he pointed out things I had overlooked and recommended we look some more. I think he could tell I was caught up in the excitement of buying a home and in hindsight I’m glad I passed on that place. My busy work schedule made looking at homes difficult, but Reggie was always able to accommodate. Reggie told me that I’d know when I found the right place because, “you’ll walk in the door and feel like you’re at home”, and he was right. After a few weeks of searching I found it, my first home. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but when I do you can bet I’ll be using Reggie.
