I owned a condominium in a large development which I had rented with Ryan’s help. As my tenant was leaving, I felt it might be worthwhile to sell so I contacted Ryan to seek his views. He agreed that a sale was worthwhile. He researched the market carefully, organized the move of the tenant, had the premises cleaned and ready for presentation. He then proceeded to list the condominium and show it. Within 21 days I had an offer that I was inclined to accept. Ryan thought it was too low and insisted I hold out for a better price. In fact I did get the price he had listed the condominium at and I was very pleased with his performance.
